マザーソルトと大豆のみというシンプルな材料で丁寧に作り上げられています。小麦を使用せずグルテンフリーです。明治の始めから続く蔵である南蔵商店で、昔ながらの作り方で作られています。２年半丁寧に熟成された香りのいいしょうゆです。
今までのしょうゆの概念を覆すほどの美味しさで、煮物やお汁はもちろん、野菜のおひたし、お刺身などさまざまな素材の味をひきたてます。
